There are dedicated parking spaces next to the House in the Hogarth Business Park, accessed from either the A4 or the A316.

There is level access into the garden via the double gates at the western end of the garden and two steps via the single gate beside the House. The ground floor provides a general exhibition and discovery room, which includes two digital presentations with an on-screen model of the whole of the building, as well as a small shop and an exhibition gallery.
