The information held by the\nTrust and how it is used<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The\nTrust holds the email, postal address and telephone number of committee members\nand supporters, for the purpose of organising meetings and events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n For\ndonors of money we hold bank details and if you are a UK taxpayer and\nhave agreed that we may recover Gift Aid, we also record your home address. Under\nthe UK tax laws we need to keep these details for 6 years, after which time\nthey are deleted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n How we protect your\ninformation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We\nkeep information about you in password protected files. Any paper copies are\nstored safely and will be shredded when no longer needed.
